By accessing or using the AxisTrade platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the service.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The owner account holds ultimate authority over branch creation, staff roles, and data access. You must promptly report any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

AxisTrade is provided as a business operations tool. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to intentionally overload our servers.

3. Service Availability

While AxisTrade is designed for reliability, our cloud synchronization guarantees an uptime SLA as defined in your agreement. We are not liable for business losses due to hardware failure on the client side.
